About Me
About Beth
So who is Beth? I turned 40 last year and I really reflected on who I am. In my personal life, I am a wife blessed with an amazing husband, and a mom to five wonderful children. I am also an active fitness enthusiast - movement is a part of my daily life. As a professional, I am the Director of Academic Support Services at Hebrew Academy in Montreal.

Fifteen years ago I completed my Master’s degree in educational psychology. Thirteen years ago I was blessed with the opportunity to start working in a Jewish Day School coordinating academic support services. Now someone asked me - what does that mean? I spend each day interacting with teachers, students, and parents to support them with the different learning challenges that children, educators, and parents face each day. Everyone needs to be supported and heard and I am here for that. Like all of you moms out there I am that person at home too!
Since beginning my career I have gained a great deal of knowledge through training and connecting with other exceptional people. It has been teachers, students, professional leaders, and most importantly you as parents that I learn from. Through these experiences I have noticed a number of reoccurring themes. Over the course of this school year I will share some ideas and tips with you from what I have learned. I hope that you will share your ideas with me too as we can learn so much from eachother!
